Who is Benny Lewis?
My name is Benny (Brendan) Lewis, and I’m a full-time globe-trotter. My love affair with languages began in 2003, after my first trip to Spain, where I blended in with the culture and discovered a natural talent for languages. This came as a total surprise for me, since had just graduated University College Dublin with a degree in Electronic Engineering.
Such love for linguistics and culture led me to further explorations. Six years, 10 countries and eight languages later I am now a technical freelance translator. My work is done on-line, which allows me to do further travelling.
